business brokers throughout the USA. Based on market studies, there is one
business brokerage firm for every 1,600 businesses. There are many, many
business brokers who have an income in the 6 figure range. Opportunity
abounds!
Our ideal candidate is a college graduate, with a business or sales
background, has good people skills, and is a self starter. Obtaining a North
Carolina Real Estate License will be required before you enter our training
program. If you are new to this field, you should consider that it often takes
approximately 6 months before you receive your first "pay check." (Southland
associates are independent contractors whose compensation is from
commissions on closed sales.) Experienced bankers, brokers, and former
business owners moving to the Charlotte area are excellent candidates!
