table. They include nationally certified business valuation firms, attorneys and
accountants experienced in corporate law, real estate, and taxation issues, and

                                             PAUL SOUSA
                                             Broker in Charge

    Paul is a senior business broker who  worked with the Sunbelt  
    Business  Advisors Network in Charlotte, NC and Apex Business
    Brokers in Palm Beach, FL.  He co-founded a community
    association management company in Naples, Florida and later a
    property management company in Palm Beach.

                                                    A retired Lt. Colonel, US Air Force, Paul's background as a
business owner, and his military training of solving problems, was a natural transition to being
a successful intermediary for sellers and buyers of all types of businesses in the Southeast.

Paul's forte is matching buyers' backgrounds and interests with the right sellers.

    DICK FLAMOS

    Again located in Houston, Texas, Dick is a senior business
    broker who was a partner in the Sunbelt Advisors Network in
    Charlotte, NC.  Earlier, he  owned two business brokerage firms,
    one of which was the largest business brokerage firm in the
    Southwest based in Houston, TX. During his 20+ year career in
    business brokerage, Dick has personally appraised and sold  
    several hundred businesses in the manufacturing, distribution,
    and service industries.

Dick’s experience also includes teaching business brokerage and appraisal courses such as :

    John is a seasoned businessman who has a successful record in
    both corporate America and as a private business owner. John
    was a National Director of Sales & Marketing for an International
    company growing their sales 282%.  In the private sector John has
    owned four businesses that he built up and later sold. This
    personal knowledge about business transactions gives John’s
    customers great confidence be they sellers or buyers of
    companies.

While working for an international company John built up a dealer network of over 1,100
businesses. The focus of the company was to counsel these businesspeople in how to grow
their businesses profitably and successfully. This was done in a holistic business approach.  
All aspects of the business were looked at from manufacturing, vendors, customer base,
marketing, advertising, cash flow, sales, web marketing, projections and financials. This
knowledge helps the business seller optimize his business’s potential, and helps the business
buyer in investigating the growth potential of a business. The company can be $300,000 or $50
million and John has had personal experience in the running of this size business.

John's strength is knowing, understanding, and internalizing the business selling process from
personal experience.
